who am i, anyway?

Once upon a time, I was plagued by trauma, addiction and abuse. I felt like I had to play catch up for years, like I was piecing my soul back together. I didn't know anyone who had walked this journey, so I walked it alone. A couple of years later I was teaching and sharing my journey.

I've lived two lives. The one mentioned above, and the one I live today. I'm here to show people, no matter what you've been through, happiness is attainable.

I'm a 4/1 Manifesting Generator. Aquarius. INTP.
I've worked in personal development 6 years.
​I've been studying it intensely for 8 years.

I work with ancient wisdom and modern science and translate it in a way that is easy to understand.

The principles I work with are derived from & not limited to: astrology, neuroscience, epigenetics, animism, Human Design, EFT, frequency training and Access Consciousness.
